The hotel room had a very nice sea view on the 5th floor. The wellness facilities were great, but we encountered an issue with the bed configuration, as we received two singles instead of a double bed due to the hotel being fully booked. The front sea view was lovely.

The staff were truly amazing and catered to all our needs. Getting around was easy with the nearby tram stop for trips into Benidorm or Altea. They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday. However, at busy times, guests might experience delays in service.

The hotel's location was quiet and adequate, with a short walk to Altea and a regular free shuttle bus into the old town. It was close to the beach with beautiful powdered sands.

The hotel rooms were very light, airy, and comfortable, featuring a nice spacious balcony. The room included bathrobes, flip-flops, best-in-class walk-in shower, large TV, coffee pods, tea, fresh water daily, free safe, and unlimited Wi-Fi. I had a superior room with a good sea view, making it well worth the stay. A fantastic experience overall!

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The premier room was a sweet surprise with a charming postcard, and the pool and sea views were stunning. The bathrobes and flip-flops added a nice touch.
